Although possible.: You wouldn't be able to hold it the same way to work muscles. It could fall and cause crush injury. It's rough texture could lead to abrasions.

Possibly: Underactive thyroid function (hypothyroidism) may associate with fatigue and diffuse aches, but these symptoms are not very specific and can be caused by many other conditions. Also consider sleep apnea, particularly if you are overweight and snore; depression,  or insufficient sleep time.

See Dr: Sounds like it needed cleaned out and sutured or stapled shut. Now that is couple of weeks old, will either have to heal from bottom up (= long time & big scar) or you will have to see a dr or plastic surgeon who can revise the wound and close it primarily so it will heal properly.

There : There is likely something environnmental that is causing these symptoms. Would see an allergist to begin with. If he thinks it advisable you can bring in an industrial hygenist to inspect your home. Would check out allergies first.

Possibly: Brick tea is high in fluorine. Google the article'the relationship of fluorosis and brick tea drinking in chinese tibetans'. It is dose dependent and use  your judgment.

Simple...: Donot invite the brick any more. Use cold application for 1st 24 hr and then local heat. Aleve/Motrin will help.

There are also some women born with  a blind pouch or other malformation of the vagina. An exam and possibly a specialized ultrasound and other studies could sort this out.

Depression: and anxiety can cause these feelings along with low energy level, loss of motivation, sleep disturbances, poor concentration , and inability to make decisions. See your PCP first to rule out other physical problems such as thyroid disease, and if appropriate, he can refer you to a psychiatrist or a therapist.
