Answer depends on: if you actually have acne vulgaris.  Peroxide and salicylic acid tends to be caustic to the skin over long period of time, so you need to have a moisturizer (if you have dry skin) or oily formula (for oily skin) in order to protect your skin especially from the sun.  Face and pore washing (NOT exfoliation) daily is also key, so use a mild soap without too many chemicals like Clearasil.

Can be used together: Benzoyl peroxide wash is meant to be washed off.  Clindamycin foam is meant to be left on.  It is acceptable to use the benzoyl peroxide was in the shower, then apply the Clindamycin foam after the shower to help control acne.

: After shampooing.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Stay the course: Keep doing this. The red will be less troublesome over time and you should get a good result with your acne. If you are not obviously better in a few weeks, your physician can add stronger medicine to supplement the benzoyl peroxide.

: The translation means an infection of the armpit (s), which may be fungal in nature. It is more an irritating process than something bad. The docs can examine the site and do some simple tests to see if it is from a fungal and or bacterial infection and treat based on these findings. The words sound scary, but I would not lose sleep over it. If your home care doesn't help, get it evaluated.

Scar?: Complete healing takes 3 to 6 months.  What ever you do, do not pick at it.  Just leave it alone, step away from the mirror, just step away and keep your hands away from your face.

Caution mixing: Benzoyl peroxide can be combined with Sulfur, Adapalene, Clindamycin, and Salicylic Acid. Sulfur medications can cause a severe allergic reaction. Do not use Benzoyl Peroxide/Sulfer during treatment with tretinoin (Altinac, Avita, Renova, Retin-A, Tretin-X). Using these medications at the same time could cause severe skin irritation even if used at different times of day.

Accepted Answer

Switch: The active ingredient is 2% salicylic acid so you could try another otc product with a different active ingredient such as benzoyl peroxide. Be careful because it can bleach towels etc. Also with any products it is important to moisturize because while they are drying out your acne they can be drying to the rest of your face.
