: Need to discuss with your gastroenterologist.  MAY indicate you have inflammatory bowel disease but from your description can’t tell if it’s Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn’s Disease.  Differentiation very important.  Again, check with gastroenterologist

Normal biopsy: The ileum normally has numerous lymphoid aggregates. To a pathologist, this actually helps us figure out which part of the small intestine the biopsy is from. Unless something else was stated in your report, this should be taken as "normal."

It sounds like you: have had an endometrial/uterine biopsy. Perhaps there was some abnormal bleeding. Myxoid simply means mucous-like; stroma simply means connective, functionally supportive tissue. Finding clumps of lymphoid cells in this uterine supportive tissue has no significance on its own if no other abnormalities are reported. "Rare" just means they only saw a few of them, not that they were unusual.

i had biopsy come back as colonic mucosa with prominent lymphoid aggregate. (found in cecum) i have a family history of colon cancer, years of food intolerances (gluten, dairy, eggs) and ibs.  don't have genes for celiac. could this be of concern?

: Rather non-specific findings, somewhat typical for the cecal area and aligned to your history of multiple food allergies. Such findings are best interpreted in dynamics and correlating with current symptoms and previous workup and that's why your gastroenterologist remains your best reference at this point as being able to incorporate them in your current clinical context.
