Medical management: A "bruit" is noise transmitted from turbulent flow. A common cause of a bruit is atherosclerosis but a fair number of healthy people can have a benign bruit due to turbulent flow.  A few tests -  ultrasound, ankle brachial index can establish if there is atherosclerosis. If you do have atherosclerosis, medical management, no smoking  is key.

bruit heard in both sides of cartiod arteries and abdomen, should i be concerned ? dr said no worries just being safe with echo!

Yes and no: first step is for you to have the ultrasound of your neck, to determine if there is a partial blockage of the carotid arteries. Generally if you have less 50% blockage (stenosis), you do Not need surgery! Just need to continue to monitor and control your cholesterol to prevent further blockage.
For your abdomen, the ultrasound will help determine if you have an "abdominal aortic aneurysm."

Hard to address your: Unless you give us more details about what you mean "lobular tumor" such as its location, size, biopsy report etc, it is hard to know what it is. The only way to tell a tumor to be benign versus malignant is with a biopsy. So you need to share the biopsy results with us, then we can try to make some sense of this question.

is there signs to know if the mass which grows quickly in the abdomen to the pancreas causes a benign tumor of pancreas or malignant tumor?

Biopsy: Rapid growth of a tumor is worrisome for cancer. Only a biopsy can give definite answer.

normal echo 18months ago. now have systolic murmur over aorta and carotid bruit. is it possible for damage to develop so quickly?could this be benign?

Unlikely : At your age it is unlikely the the carotid 'bruit' means anything is wrong.  The murmur is hard to evaluate without further testing.  

Non invasive eco testing could clear up most of your concerns and probably should be performed.

fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and a fluttering in my right side of my abdomen but no pain.  i've had 3 benign tumors removed. what's up?

Mixed issues: I'm not sure where the benign tumors were in your body, but they are not directly related to your emotional issues (insomnia, anxiety, depression, etc).  You need to ask your physician about the benign tumors, since s/he knows your history and can answer better than we can.  Feeling anxious and depressed might be a long-term problem for you, and needs care also.  A psychiatrist can help with that.

on transvaginal ultrasound doc saw development of a follicle.  i was told maybe it is a small cyst.  is this normal.  are all cyst benign? i am 44. having a lot of back pain and abdomen pain.  what does it mean there is development of follicle.no per

Could be egg to be: At age 44, you are close to being near the change of life (menopause), however if you are not on hormonal contraception the ovarian follicle development could be the next "egg out of the box."

had a calcium score, coronary cta & stress test bc of caroited artery bruit & chest pains... all norm! is it safe to say the bruit/pain is benign?

Yes.: Sounds as though your carotid has no significant plaque or anatomic cause for your murmur.  Therefore benign.  Same for your chest pain if est normal.

Rule out: make sure you rule out Lyme disease which can cause muscle twitching in stage 2

my mom has chronic upper left abdomen, upper back pain & ribcage pain. she had nausea for a while but it stopped. she saw a small amount of blood in her stool twice. does this point to lung, colon or pancreas cancer? can a benign cause explain this?

: Most likely a benign cause such as hemorrhoids  but can also be cancer.She needs to get checked out y a Dr.
