Benefits unclear: There is evidence vit e might prevent heart disease, cancer, macular degeneration & dementia but research has given mixed & conflicting results. Ideally 2x/day: I know of no advantage of taking vit. C in morning vs. Evening so either time should be fine. However, our body can not store vitamin c and little of what you take in the morning will still be in your body at nite, so for optimal benefits i advise taking at least 250 mg of vit c both morning ; bedtime. No: Vitamins do not make your butt grow. There is one supplement - creatine that is supposed to help build muscle but i don't think its a good supplement to take.

: Yes! it is safe to cut your daily multivitamin in half and take 1/2 in the morning and the other 1/2 in the evening. Many health professionals recommend this as a way of keeping a good level of nutrients in your body consistently. there are some pills and capsules which are enteric coated (release the med only in the intestines), but multivitamins are typically not in this category.

Kelp is not a vitamin, but it's got plenty of iodine in it, which is good especially if you life in a country where they don't iodize salt or you don't get iodine for whatever reason. Don't spend too much money on this or any other supplement; you're better off especially at your age building physical fitness.
