Not really: I wouldn't look for one food or drink to be a weight loss answer.  Rather it is important to focus on a healthy diet and physical activity.   Drinking too much juice can mean too muh intake of the fruit sugar which is not helpful in weight loss.  Focus on fresh vegetables, fruits, lean protein and healthy fats.  Drink mostly water and not sweet beverages such as fruit juice, sodas, etc.

Prune juice can help get your bowels moving again but that's about it. Best to focus on eating healthy diet, exercising regularly & resting while your baby sleeps.

It also has quite a lot of sugar and carbs, so will not be the best answer for diabetics or those trying to lose weight. Weight is rarely related to regularity. Weight is more influenced by what you put in your mouth than what and how much comes out the other end.
