Why?: the color of skin of penis is darker than the body. It does not seem logical to use coffee which is dark to lighten skin

No.: Black coffee or adding honey to coffee should have no effect on sexual function. Most common cause in young males is performance anxiety (pressure to perform, pressure to get wife pregnant, etc).  Relax, exercise during the day, talk about it with your partner, share with each other likes and dislikes..... Erectile dysfunction is common at any age; if need be, seek short-term counselling.

More info needed: Can&#x27;t advise treatment when cause is unknown. If you&#x27;ve always had the &quot;spots&quot; and not changing, maybe not abnormal. Red irritated rash might an allergy. Most penile rashes are rashes that can occur anywhere, but some are specific to the genitals. Most aren&#x27;t STDs, but maybe possible if you are sexually active. See your GP, or one of London&#x27;s excellent NHS GUM clinics. Good luck.

Penile procedure II: Lifting the penis onto the belly prevents bending of the penis downward.  Now that the suspensory ligament is detached you will hang  lower, but initially you may have some more pain and swelling if it is bent downward.  Good luck!

Not herpes: Herpes doesn't behave at all like this. Herpes oubreaks never last more than 1-2 weeks, and there would be visible blisters or sores. No other STD is likely either. However, to be safe, both he and you should be tested for gonorrhea and chlamydia.

You are likely to decrease its intensity by allowing yourself to have some sexual outlets either with another person or by masturbating.  Looser fitting underwear may help but i suspect that is not the major problem.
