i have bruise around a belly button piercing that hasn't gone away after two years. are there any remedies for this?

Take out the: piercing. The foreign body in your skin may be causing irritation. You could be allergic to the metal in the contraption. Take it out and let the wound heal.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

not sure if my belly button piercing is  infected ? what to do i dont have insurance. its very swollen but there is no pus or crush purple

Probably infected: If recently pierced, it's probably infected, even without pain, redness, etc. It could rapidly become serious. Maybe only bleeding, but don't take the chance; try to find a way to get evaluated now. There are inexpensive or free community clinics in Atlanta; call DeKalb or Fulton Co. health dept for more info.

Painful, tender?: Is it painful, is it tender to touch? If it is, it maybe infected, with white blood cells having come and died, now forming pus, only treatment is to drain and use appropriate antibiotics

Infected: The body tissue really dislikes foreign body like piercing and the area is thus more prone to irritation and infection. You really need to see a doctor ASAP before the infection spreads further.

Abscess: Need to ask your parents or guardians to take you to the doctor. It may be an abscess that needs antibiotics or draining.

Normal/abnormal: At least inflammation is to be expected with any foreign body that comes in contact with a wound. Sometimes the healing process may  go towards an infection or a significant scar such as a hypertrophic scar or keloid. See your doc if your wound is not progressing towards healing.

: Time may be your only solution.  The darkness comes from the skins reaction to the piercing. It noted something that didn't belong there was there. The response of skin is to increase melanin production, the thing that causes skin color. Once skin cells in the area realize that piercing is nothing to worry about, they will decrease their melanin production and things will slowly return to normal.

See a doctor: Get this looked at and cultured.  If this is MRSA it may need antibiotic therapy for resolution.

Keloid.: Some people get lumpy scars called keloids as their skin heals after any sort of trauma - such as a piercing. The best treatment is to remove the piercing jewelry, but you probably don't want to hear that. A dermatologist can inject the keloid with a steroid solution, and that will often decrease the lumpiness substantially.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to know what may be happening to the piercings without examining you. The piercings could be infected. If you there is redness, discharge and/or fever, see a doctor.
