ive just had a mini tummy tuck with lipo of flanks. im 10 days post operation. when i sit my lower belly now makes a roll of fat over the incision and the incision tucks in. othis normal due to swelling? will it go down to make a flat belly?

Not usually: However if you have gained a significant amount of weight, you may be putting undue stress on your diastasis repair which could be associated with umbilical pain or you may have a hernia. I would discuss with your surgeon, you may need to perform diagnostic imaging.

i have a pouch tummy 22 days post mini tummy tuck and liposuction above the belly button. will i get flat tummy? i also had liposuction for love handles and i still see them?

Picture needed: will need images to better assess the "rash"  have you been seen by a physician for this? it should be monitored if you have concerns and definitely if it is changing .

i have skin necrosis under my belly button from a tummy tuck 6 months ago.  i am 4 weeks post a davinci hysterectomy and am in great pain. is it related?

See your doc: If you are having great pain 4 weeks after robotic hysterectomy, and have skin necrosis under your belly button someone needs to see you and do an exam to see what is going on.  I would want to make sure you didn't have a serious infection or an incision problem.

recently noticed a lump right above belly button, feels as though it extends down to pubic area. had a tummy tuck 3 years ago so not sure if it's scar tissue from muscle repair or something else. its bothersome and numb.

Could be. : Could Just be scar tissue or could be something more sinister like a hernia. Best to go back to your ‘tummy tuck’ doctor and have him/her evaluate.

: A small hernia in the umbilicus could cause pain. The vibrations in the left lower abdomen are nonspecific. They could be caused by an irritable superficial abdominal wall nerve or muscle or peristaltic colonic waves. Normal intestinal functions would be a favorable sign of no pathology. See your MD or a gastroenterologist as needed.

i had 2 beer last night, this morning i have severe pain in my abdomen an inch or two above belly button. pain is constant but gets worse if resting?

See your doctor: the combination of ibuprofen and alcohol can cause more stomach irritation than either of them alone, and you could have esophagitis, gastritis or duodenitis, inflammation of those areas.  This inflammation can lead to ulcers and/or bleeding as well. It may be gall bladder and unrelated. I would see your doctor as soon as possible or go to an urgent care center.

Gallstones?: This could be any number of problems involving the stomach, gallbladder, liver, pancreas, . A full history and physical along with diagnostic testing and imaging is recommended.

Appropriate tests will be ordered. Pain in the navel can be due to a small umbilical hernia. Lower back discomfort may be musculoskeletal in origin or be due to a urinary tract disorder. Headache,nausea are nonspecific.?viral
