i saw several bumps on my throat (behind uvula) when i checked it two month ago and they exist until now. is there any chance of malignancy?

Malignancy: Unlikely, but you must see an Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor! Have your doctor refer you!

feels like something moving behind uvula and tonsils in far back of soft palate.. what could it be? doctor says uvultis but it feels like s/t moving..

Sinus or Allergy: It could be sinusitis or allergies.  What you feel could be mucus drainage.  Have you tried an over-the-counter (otc) decongestant?  If this doesn't work, then you may need to go back to the doctor to see what the issue is causing your symptoms.

i have 7-10 orangish reddish whitish bumps at the back of my throat behind uvula.what can these be?had a sore throat for 7 days now, no other symptoms

Two possibilities: (although may be more) 
1. Viral infection of the throat..very common (sometimes called "human foot and mouth" disease
2. Infectious Mononucleosis (A simple blood test will tell)

Oral surgeon: Could be a number of things. If present for more than a week, see oral surgeon. If less than week, treat symptomatically with saline rinse, OTC pain meds.

hi my son is 6 and he is blinking his eyes alot when i ask he says they burn a little.  he has this very dry hard cough and says his throat is ticklish and water  dripping when i look in his throat there are small little bumps and lumps behind uvula?

Infection : It would be helpful to have the child's paediatrician examine him. The symptoms mentioned are consistent with an upper respiratory infection that can also affect the lining of both eyes and cause his eye symptoms. A quick exam can clarify the diagnosis and lead to a treatment plan.

See Doc for Exam: You should be looking at the right tonsil or palantine fold. If it is different from the left side and you have symptoms, hoarsness and cough, then you should have it examined by a physician for a proper diagnosis.

Behind the uvula : Behind the uvula lies the posterior pharyngeal
Wall.  The pharynx will connect to the esophagus posteriorly and the larynx or voice box anteriorly.  Hope this helps.

Ok: This sounds pretty typical for most URIs, sore throats, etc.  Drink more fluids during those illnesses

Inflamed lymphatics: It may be an inflamed small deposit of lymphatic tissue..These will generally resolve in 2 weeks or so. If you still have it after that, see a physician.
