Which one?: There are several types of cholesterol lowering medications.  You don't say which one you are on.  However, the package insert with your meds should tell you if any foods or other meds interact.  Your pharmacy can also tell you, give him/her a call, so can the prescribing doc's office, call them, too!  Good checking!  However, any time you get a new medication, read up on it to know the details.

Keep doing this: The fruit stuff is unlikely to affect much, but the fitness activities are the best thing you can possibly be doing. If your cholesterol remains way-high, make an informed choice about medication based on getting all the evidence from your physician.

: I am not sure you have the correct recommendation. You can google low cholesterol diet and change your diet accordingly. Cholesterol is abundant in foods of animal origin, not the ones you were told to avoid by your nutritionist.

Carrot juice: carrot juice obviously does contain calories, so it could cause weight gain if you drink too much of it. Having said that, it tends to be very healthy, so I am not advising that you should stop it. And it is fine to add beetroot if you'd like. Everything in moderation. Good luck.

Yes: Beetroot juice is a type of vegetable juice. Occasional drinking of beetroot juice, other vegetable juices, or fruit juices is fine. Too much of any one kind of food or juice can cause problems. One should visit a primary care doctor before drinking too much of any one type of juice, just to be sure the ingredients (such as minerals, salts, sugars, etc...) won't end up harming the person.

Beetroot vit supleme: Yes the same benefits, it has antioxidant properties and said to be good for cardiovascular health, prevention of dementia, and colon health.Having said that i can not find any scintific study to prove these benefits.I will just drink beetroot juice, it can not do any harm, it may benefit and it is not too expensive.
