Depends: Depends upon other factors such as genetics, bp, cholesterol, glucose, weight, diet, exercise, smoking etc. Chances are reduced if you keep your thyroid levels normal on brand name T4 replacement.

Yes: It is fine to continue many medications during pregnancy but there are always exceptions. Sometimes doses need to be adjusted during a pregnancy, or alternative medications found. Please talk to your doctor about your medications---preferably before you even get pregnant so you know which ones are safe.

Fall: Please continue to see your doctor.  If you broke any bones, you do’s want them to heal out of alignment.  If bruised, your doc can monitor your progress.  Ask him/her about some gentle massage or physical therapy.  Peace and good health.

Meds: This is a decision that you must make in consultation with your ophthalmologist. If you have recent onset glaucoma or established glaucoma you can be treated with I number of medications and or selective laser trabeculoplasty. The bottom line is you must do this in concert with your physician

Depending on the medication, they may provide little or no relief for other forms of headache and instead, only expose the patient to unnecessary side effects or complications.  Check with the physician that manages your headaches as to his/her advice for treating common cephalgias.

No good evidence: There is little evidence for doing regular blood tests. If your health is good and you do not have any symptoms, there is no need to repeat the test any more often than once in 5 years.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i have been regular all my life and now im 8 days late but got 2 negative results 2 days ago. i havent gone through weight changes, stress, no health problems at all, dont take any medication. what might be wrong?

Need more info: If you are a person whose menstrual cycle is very regular and suddenly it has stopped, we need to think about causes. Oral/IM contraceptives, pregnancy, stress, nutritional deficiencies, weight loss, excessive exercise, eating disorders, excessive weight gain, uterine polyps, ovarian cysts and mental health medications can all cause irregular periods. If you are concerned, see a DR. for evaluation

1200 calorie diet: with lots of vegetables,fruit and salads and regular exercise(at least 3x/week). If this fails, then prescription medication.
