Headaches: Stretch neck and shoulder, stay hydrated, sleep at least 7 hours.  You can also find out if your headaches are coming from tension, eye strain, dehydration, lack of sleep/poor sleep, skipping meals, stress, sleep apnea/snoring, or chronic sinus problems.

Yes and no: First off, is your thyroid properly adjusted?  If you are overusing klonipin or acetaminophen, both will result in medication overuse headaches.  But as I have always said before, new and different headache symptoms from baseline should be investigated further.  See your doctor.

This is complex: This is complex but You need  help. At face value  the overwhelming impact is that this is stress.Saying that you need help.  An indepth analysis by a neurologist  woud be your  best  place to start. Appropriate imaging will be part of your evaluation. I wish you the best.

been on simponi (golimumab) 3 mths. now have persistant headache and dizziness. can't think of another cause..is it the medication?
