hi there. i have noticed recently a very small bb sized ball lump on the top of my penis shaft just underneath the skin. it does not hurt at all and causes no problems, it also isnt visible but i can feel it when i go to touch it. please help?

: This description suggests a fibroma (a small benign tumor), sebaceous cyst, or similar anomaly. It's not an STD and probably nothing serious. But see a doctor if it persists and you remain concerned.

More info- ? cyst: Although it would be useful to know more about this- where is it, how long has it been there, does it hurt, is there redness in the area, etc. That said, it may be a sebaceous cyst, which is quite common, and presents as a small lump under the skin. A cyst is not painful unless it becomes infected. I recommend you see your doctor or your dermatologist for definitive diagnosis.

Sounds like: an "old" formerly inflammed lymph gland..(these are VERY common in the GROIN (Is THAT what you mean by "leg crease"? The most common cause of such inflamed lymph glands in   the groin is ATHLETES FOOT!

Sounds innocent: You probably just have a small pimple or cyst in the skin of your neck.  I would refrain from squeezing it again.  If it does not resolve in a few weeks, you should see your physician and may need referral to a surgeon for excision.
