See your physician or a urologist so that appropriate testing &amp;treatment will be obtained. If you engaged in recent risky sexual intercourse, this has to be brought to the doctor's attention and tests for STD will be ordered.

Not that I know of.: The usual precious metal crown is a combination of gold, platinum and palladium. I never heard of platinum being used alone. There also is the option of a metal-free all ceramic crown. They are more esthetic.
