I am confused?: If you are truly having a lower body lift, it is most likely that your surgeon prefer that you refrain from any workout immediately prior to or after a major surgical procedure.

Although no deaths, heart attacks, or strokes, there are risks, and it is a big surgery. But, one that works quite well!
