Yeast: Vaginal itching without discharge can indicate infections like yeast or stis like herpes. It can indicate an allergic reaction to household products like certain soaps and laundry detergents. There are also some skin conditions liked lichen sclerosis which can cause vaginal itching.  Start with an over the counter yeast  cream. If not improving schedule a visit.

how long should the irritation from an ovarian cyst last. i have one burst about 6 weeks ago and still having sever pain around my ovary.

6-8 weeks: Normally, a ruptured cyst resolves in 6-8 wks. It depends on the size of the cyst and how much fluid spilled. Your body has to reabsorb the fluid. Sometimes, scar tissues forms as a result and causes chronic pain. Wait 2 more weeks, if not better, go see your gynecologist. You probably need a repeat ultrasound to be sure it's gone. If the pain is severe, go now.

after being on tobradex for three weeks, the inflammation in my right eye is improved but not gone. the doctors says it's irritation from dry eyes. she gave me a milder steroid (i don't know which one yet). is it safe to use for another week?

: Some people (rarely) will get a steroid induced rise in eye pressure if they use any type of steroid, usually after 1-2 weeks of use. If the eye pressure was normal after 3 weeks it should be safe to use for another week (especially if a milder steroid). Cataract is another complication of steroid use, but usually much longer term than 3-4 weeks.

why has my finger tip been super itchy for 4+ weeks but there is no visual sign of irritation? and its only the one finger tip and around the nail

Sounds like fungus: Nail infections with fungus cause little in the way of irritation but can be quite itchy.  You can also cause itching to worsen by scratching something repeatedly (because it itches!!!).  Try just dipping the finger in alcohol and then keep a cotton cover over it (like cut off fingers from a cheap glove) to remind yourself not to scratch.  If this keeps up, you may need to see your doc.  Good luck

Eventually: yes....depending upon what was injected... some "vehicles" (the solution in which the injected substance is dissolved) lasts longer . In rare instances a "sterile abscess" may form ..this was particularly associated with the old DPT vaccine years ago) and this may last well over a month!  Hope this helps!

? latex allergy: avoid using latex condoms for now, read the labels carefully, non-latex condoms can be expensive or not easy to find, but check for them. Another possibility is allergic reaction to the lubricant or the spermicide used in the condom, less likely though, best wishes

Very unlikely: Human papillomavirus (HPV) infections rarely cause irritation or pain, except sometimes with large external warts that can become irritated or infected. Urethral irritation or pain almost certainly is due to something other than HPV. Depending on current symptoms (including discharge) and sexual risks, talk with your doctor about possible testing for urinary tract infection, yeast, and STDs

Mild soap: You can gently evert the nipple (pressure to cause it to come out) and use a mild soap and a cotton swap.  If you are unable to evert the nipple, then a breast specialist should evaluate to make sure there are no other abnormalities.

: If you don't have associated vaginal redness or discharge you could apply a cortisone type cream into the vagina to relieve itching. Avoid tight fitting jeans and wear white cotton panties until itching resolves.
