Probably fine: Stools  can be round and ball-like. If you are concerned about them, you should try to increase the fiber and liquid in your diet. Sometimes even a fiber supplement such as Metamucil would be useful. You probably will see your stools bulk up if you do that. Good luck.

Constipation: Generally can result from decreased activity, water intake, fiber and increased dry foods, use of certain medications or drugs like Opioids. Need more information about your diet, life style and medical history

Unclear ?: If you are having loose bm months after taking an antibiotic, one needs to consider Clostridium difficile infection which can be life-threatening if gone untreated.  Get an appt with your doctor ASAP.  However this is an answer based on my best guess re.your question. If this is not the right answer, please provide a better description of your bowel symptoms.

More fibre: It sounds like you just need a bit more fibre in your diet.There's no blood, no constipation, and the stools not hard - if it were, i'd suggest better hydration. So, add whole grain breads and cereal, fruits, and vegetables. You could try a bulk laxative, such as fibre con or equivalent - not to help you move your bowels, but to add bulk and consistency. Constipated...: Even though you have a daily bowel movement, it sounds like you are somewhat constipated. Increasing your fluid intake can really help. Also increasing fiber rich foods can help. A trial of over the counter MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) can help soften stools. It can be titrated to get a good stool consistency. The only side-effect is too loose stool.

What huge increase?: Haven't heard of any huge increase in colon cancer in people in their early to mid-20's. Probably 0.5-1.0% of all the colon cancers in the country are in people aged 20-25 years. Overall, psychological stress surely causes much more health damage than those rare colon cancer cases added together. Do keep exercising, get 3 servings of dairy and eat less than 3 oz red meat a day, never smoke, etc...
