Salivary ducts: If they are about the size of bb's, then they are normal salivary ducts. If you lift your tongue while looking at them in the mirror, they may squirt out. Normal and nothng to worry about.

is it possible at 5weeks pregnant to feel a ball-like object in your tummy when lying down on your stomach?

Not the uterus : At 5 weeks, the uterus is only slightly enlarged & you should not be able to feel the top edge until 12 weeks. Unless you have uterine masses (fibroids), multiples, or some other growth; your pregnancy should not be the reason.  See your OB & have them check what you're feeling, it could be a small hernia, bowel distension, or a lipoma. Take care.

when i breathe thru my nose i feel a ball like object hitting the back of my nose/throat? just recently fought off a bad cold but i've never had this.

Nasal Polyp: You could have a nasal polyp that is acting like a punching bag in your nasal cavity. Some people have allergies, Aspirin sensivity, or some other condition that causes nasal polyps for form. These can be intrusive in that they obstruct the airway, but may also completely disappear at other times. The treatment is spraying daily nasal steroids or if your condition is severe, excision by an ent.

Need to examine: It could be due to many issues, but mainly it seems to be movement of gas in the intestine. You may wish to alter your diet to reduce beans and other indigestible sugars. Reducing the total intake of food may help.

my two year old has been boobooing at least 3 to 4 times a day. his booboo is somewhat runny but also little ball like. is there something wrong?

Toddler's diarrhea: It maybe toddler's diarrhea or even a case of constipation. They can get so constipated that sometimes all that can pass thru is runny stool with some hard balls. Toddler's diarrhea is a phase they go thru, usually last weeks to months but without any fever,  weight loss, fussiness. They just have too much simple starch in their diet that they really dont absorb things so well.

Probably fine: Stools  can be round and ball-like. If you are concerned about them, you should try to increase the fiber and liquid in your diet. Sometimes even a fiber supplement such as Metamucil would be useful. You probably will see your stools bulk up if you do that. Good luck.

Investigate: Does it hurt? How enlarged is the gland?  How long has it been hard and ball like.? Any change that brought this on? If the gland is painful it could be infected. Bactroban (mupirocin) ointment topically might help.  A home remedy is powder vit c made into a paste and applied to area overnight . It could be clogged. If not painful  could leave alone or use espom salts.
