Orthostasis: Orthostatic hypotension can be caused by multiple conditions.  In some it is idiopathic-or no known cause. A condition called pots (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) is a condition of a disregulated autonomic nervous system characterized by BP drops and increased pulse rate with changes in posture, like sitting to standing. Please get your chest pain evaluated right away. Meds can affect.

It's possible.: Being round shouldered or bent over can put extra strain on the chest, causing pain over time. See a  Dr. if pain persists.

Maybe: Your pain is surely musculo-skeletal (not your heart). Posture could be an issue but at 29, you're old enough for  costochondritis (a form of rheumatism). Have you tried an NSAID (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug)? For example: ibuprofen/Advil 400 mg every 4-6 hours with food as needed. Caution: can provoke more vomiting of blood, which you list as a condition-perhaps you were already using?

Pain, movement: pain provoked or dependent on certain movements all positions is typically musculoskeletal in etiology, the specifics would depend on for the history and physical examination.

Chest wall: Could be inflammation of the chest wall or the lining surrounding the lungs (pleurisy). Chest pain can also be due to heart-related conditions but doesn't seem very likely given your description. Always a good idea to get an assessment. Would be happy to see you for a virtual visit.

my right clavicle is bigger than my left clavicle. i have bad posture, right handed and use mouse all day. however at the end of my right claivicle (near center of chest) bone is bigger. no nodes felt?

Likely normal: This is likely a normal variant.  Your bones should not "hypertrophy" or get bigger from overuse. Bad posture and sitting in an office chair is a common complaint among my patients and may lead to musculoskeletal discomfort.  I recommend getting out of your chair at least once hourly if not more and performing basic stretching exercises.

Possibly; ButCareful: Atherosclerosis (known from autopsy data &gt;8 decades) typically begins ~age 7, though typically no artery lumen narrowing (arteries enlarge, http://goo.Gl/arhou2) for decades, thus no symptoms. By 30&#x27;s into 40&#x27;s, plaque ruptures ; clots begin producing sudden onset symptoms. Stress tests miss all but very advanced disease. So be careful ; best optimize lipoproteins (not cholesterol), hba1c ; bp.
