Orthostasis: Orthostatic hypotension can be caused by multiple conditions. In some it is idiopathic-or no known cause. A condition called pots (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) is a condition of a disregulated autonomic nervous system characterized by BP drops and increased pulse rate with changes in posture, like sitting to standing. Please get your chest pain evaluated right away. Meds can affect.
