No: Laryngitis from a viral infection usually clears in 7 to 10 days and bacterial laryngitis would be most unusual. Diarrhea lasting 2 ;1/2 months could be due to a nonviral infection. Fatigue can occur with any prolonged illness. I recommend a checkup by your pcp for proper diagnosis and treatment.

No: E coli is everywhere, including in small numbers in tap water.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

The most common: ..cause of white blood cells in urine is a urinary tract infection (UTI).  Bacteria in urine may also, but not always, be from infection. Depends: While the antibiotics may work to kills of the possible bacterial pathogens that caused your diarrhea, your diarrhea may take several days to weeks to greatly improve depending on the degree of "damage" done to the lining of your intestinal tract and intestinal flora(normal bacteria).  This can take awhile to fully normalize, as in on the order of weeks.

Shouldn't: It is a usual inhabit of the colon microbiome so it should not cause diarrhea. Sibo dose indeed cause diarrhea but lactobacillus is not believed to be a common cause.

Yes: Persistent febrile diarrhea can occasionally trigger enough irritation that a small amount of blood is found.If stool culture has eliminated bacterial pathogens you are left with a multitude of virus triggers. Maintaining proper hydration until it passes is the basic goal of treatment.

Yes and no: Gut function and IBS is influenced by many factors, including our immune, genetic, mental, hormonal, and microbiome systems.
The microbiome is the  healthy bacteria living inside us. Some of that shows up on a 'stool report'.  It's normal to have bacteria in the stool.
Dysbiosis is a change in the normal bacteria, and it can aggravate IBS.  A standard stool tests can't diagnose dysbiosis.

Different ways: There are many different ways. Some bacteria elicit toxins that cause diarrhea. Others directly invade the GI tract to cause diarrhea. Some adhere to the colon wall and cause outpouring of fluid and electrolytes. It depends on the bacteria and their modus operandi.
