The most common: ..cause of white blood cells in urine is a urinary tract infection (UTI). Bacteria in urine may also, but not always, be from infection. UTI's need to be treated promptly to prevent complications. The diarrhea and abdominal pain concern me. Appendicitis and pelvic infections come to mind. Please get prompt medical care. Dr. Anne
