No!: Elastic support belts or braces do not keep you safe when doing heavy lifting at work.  Only your brain keeps you safe. These belts and braces only serve as a "reminder" to be safe.  Relying on them for support and safety is a common mistake that often leads to back issues. Rely on them only as a reminder tool.

Lumbar disease: The best treatment is to work on the core muscles, and train your body to maintain better posture.   Alexander technique is one of the programs that works on posture and alignment of the spine.  The lumbar belt is more for support, but does not help to attain proper alignment.  Good luck.

Possible: Back pain in pregnancy is extremely common.  The added weight and the change in the curve of the spine both contribute to the back pain.

Yes: This should not be a problem as long as the incision does not have any signs of infection, such as redness, swelling, pus, opening of the wound, or heat.

Recommend med eval.: Back pain &amp; breathing issues may be associated w obesity.  Get medically cleared. To lose weight insure that calories burned &gt; calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol &amp; junk carbohydrates.  Exercise regularly.

i have low t level at 7 nmol. last year i lost 50 pounds and it jumped to 8 nmol. will loosing more weight bring back normal t levels. i am obese ?

Low Testosterone: Excess weight can increase your aromatase enzyme which can result in decreased testosterone. You need to decrease your stress (meditation, massage, yoga), moderate exercise and resistance training with weight.
  I would suggest you see a Urologist to see why your level us so low.
  Nutrition: avoid sugar and processed foods.

Most are self limit: Most just get better with time, activity modification and heat or hot showers combined with light exercise and cardiovascular exercise.  Otc medication can help as can life style changes like weight control, regular exercise and avoiding smoking.  Good sleeping habits and a good mattress make a difference .Make sure you  have good vitamin d intake and calcium intake.

Strain v. spinal: Obesity can cause spain due to increased gravity loading effects on lumbar muscles.  It can also cause increased axial loading, pressure coming down the spine, which can rupture discs or inflame facet joints.  Imaging should give the answer.

: You have gotten to a good start and need to do more. You need to reduce your BMI to below 25 through exercise and diet. As you know it is not easy but imperative.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
