Varies : Because cardiac problems can cause exercise induced pain running into left arm, I would be seen and checked.  That being said, the most likely condition is an irritation of a nerve in the neck causing pain that radiates into the arm; often associated with a condition known as cervical stenosis.

i have a feeling of head pressure at the back and right side of the head, its been there for a 3 days now. comes every morning and in the night. i have no other symptoms. it just feels like pressure and have some neck pain too. what could this be ?

Possible: Fever, headache, neck stiffness, visual sensitivity to light and not feeling well are typical symptoms, Being bit by a mosquitoe would also be a risk factor. If these are severe symptoms please go down to the Emergency room for a complete history, exam to see if more testing is needed.

Musculoskeletal?: Pain in occipital region with upright posture suggests effect of a 10 lb head stressing fascia, muscles, & tendons that support head against force of gravity.  Chronic muscle spasm and soft tissue inflammation are of concern.  Irregular head/neck posture might be explanatory.  Osteopaths and physiatrists have skill to diagnose.  A recent lumbar puncture can also arouse such symptoms.

head pressure saw a chiro who helped my head completely adjusted my neck and back now my back is in terrible pain and very stiff neck?

Stop seeing chiro: Why would you go to a chiro  when it is clear that they are NOT helping you. I. Bet they charged you each time for 'treatments'   There is a good chance they caused the pain you are in   Now they will probably recommend additional treatments to treat the pain they caused !!  Stop going. Save your money.

See a real doctor, preferably one who specializes in spine or pain.

Muscle or not:  this may or may not be muscle. It's hard to tell for sure but the way that the pain seems to move all over the place suggests muscle. You need to see your physician  and get an an evaluation to see if there are any medical issues that could be involved in your symptoms

Maybe infection: Diarrhea is not often associated with neurological disorders
but infections that cause headaches and diarrhea are common.

i have neck pain that is worsened when turning head either way, with headache. also pressure in lower back of head. any ideas?

Cervical: It could be multiple reasons but musculoskeletal cevical pain is likely. It means it can be related to increased tension of your neck muscles or it could be due to a problem with the anatomy of your cervical spine. Start with over the counter anti inflammatory meds like ibuprofen. See your primary MD if not better.
