Disc disease: Headache and right arm tingling maybe caused by nerve impingement in your neck.  Low back pain and sciatica may be caused by the same in your lower (lumbar) back.  You should seek help from your doctor especially if you develop weakness, change in vision, or incontinence.

Get checked for: Muscle strain, arthritis and certainly ur anxiety and panic attacks can significantly          conttribute to ur symptoms (which could be psychosomatic). Carpal tunnel: Carpal tunnel syndrome is characterized by hand pain and recurrent numbness sensations in the thumb, index, middle finger and the lateral aspect of the ring finger.  Symptoms may be triggered by use (driving, keyboard use). Your physician may order a nerve conduction study to confirm. Wearing a cock- up splint is very effective. Surgery reserved for severe cases.  Mood and vision are unrelated.

(http://emedicine.medscape.com/article/313007-overview ) Once you are sure your lungs and heart are OK, point treatment with an icecube (white knuckle pressure) and ROM (doing alphabets with finger on imaginary wall in front of you) may help, as may NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, or topicals like arnica.

Depends on which: bleeding disorder she has. I assume a pediatric hematologist is evaluating her. Whether related to her blood disorder or not, she's in pain &amp; needs to see her pediatrician. Kids that age don't complain about aches &amp; pains for no reason. Take her temperature when she complains. 100.4 degrees F or above is a fever. Note any joint swelling, tenderness, heat, limp,decreased appetite or activity level.

can loss of lordosis cause left ear pain ,with back pain and left arm pain?

No: Loss of lordosis itself could not cause ear pain directly.  If you have a herniated disc in your neck, however, this may lead to severe neck and arm pain, spasm, and a loss of cervical lordosis.  Consider an MRI if you continue to have problems.
