Pinched nerve, slipp: You need an evaluation to be given a diagnosis. This could be slippage or a tumor, or a fracture, or a disc, 
Sicne this type of pain persists  you should be evaluated. It  may not  be more than a pulled muscle  but I can't tell and feel you need  evaluation

Hypermobility: when your physician evaluate you make sure that you were check for hypermobile syndrome, also noted as Ehlers-Danlos type III.this is a syndrome where people have increased flexibility more elasticity in their tissues, joints, tendons etc. this could be responsible for a lot of the symptoms you're describing. Please have your physician evaluate for this and you may need to be sent to rheumatology
