Sometimes i get a horrible headache. whole back of head throbs & pain is unbearable. laying down on my back makes head hurt more, like being hit hard.

Sorry to hear you are having a hard time.  Headaches can be very disruptive.   This sounds like something that you should see a doctor about.  Some problems in the upper spine can cause headaches.  Wondering if this is why it is worse when you lie down.  Workup for this will likely include some kind of imaging studies of your brain and your neck.  Again, contact your doctor to figure this out.

Having daily bad headaches for atleast month. worsen when i cough or clear my throat, mainly behind the eyes, forehead and sometimes lower back of head. closing eyes laying down is only relief at times. onset seemed to occur after covid vaccinations?

Lumps and bumps need to be examined - take no advice here other that you should be examined by a competent doctor to see what the problem is, and then of course, how to treat it.

I've been having back of head headaches for about two months now. the steriod they gave me didn't help and made me feel like my head was on fire. heat helps a little but now the pain radiates down to my neck and back. working out doesn't effect it?

Yes.  Holding your head down at that tablet-using angle puts a tremendous strain on the neck muscles, which are charged with holding the head in that unnatural position.  This will cause pain.

I fell down a flight of stairs in may, black & blue, head to toe, but felt ok. i hit back of head hard in a pool & have had nausea & headaches 3 days?

Quit drinking alcohol. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.

again. It doesn't sound like your infection has been completely resolved. You may need another round of something else, especially if your eyes feel sore. Don't delay.

If your pain worsens when you bring your head forward then maybe but just lying flat usually is structural (upper cervical). See a gentle manipulator.

You likely have the modern issues of postural neck pain:  looking down at books, exams, electronic devices creates chronic stretch and stress on the muscle and ligaments at the back of the neck, and can accelerate the normal age related degeneration of the discs and joints of the neck.  You are too young for this and should be doing cervical extensor strengthening and yin yoga stretches!
