Improve your posture: This is not worrisome is there are no associated symptoms such as pain or weakness.  If the contour of your neck lessens with improved posture, it is important to maintain good posture as much as possible by keeping your head above your shoulders.  Focusing on strengthening the muscles between your shoulder blades and abdominal muscles and limiting prolonged sitting will helps.

Patience and Time: If the Hump is related to a structural defect (cartilage/bone) then no exercises will remedy this problem. However, if related to post surgical swelling, then allowing yourself time to heal is the best option. It takes several months to a year for the final results of your septorhinoplasty to be fully appreciated. There are non surgical options such as silicone which can soften subtle deformities.

See below: There are many great exercises to strengthen the core.  I would recommend a visit with a physical therapist or personal trainer to learn proper technique.  One of the best exercises are called planks.  To do this lay on your stomach and lift your belly and legs off the ground with your forarms and toes on the ground. Try holding this postion for 15-30 seconds at a time.
