Maybe-: If the pimple is caused by a streptococcal bacteria, yes. If it is caused by staphylococcal bacteria such as community acquired methicillin resistant staphulococcus aureus ( ca-mrsa), or most other types of bacteria to cause boils, then no.

No: Bacitracin is an antibiotic ointment which helps prevent staph and strep and other bacterial infections but does not help with fungal infections. Topical antifungals such as Clotrimazole and ketoconazole help with fungal infections.

Either one is: Ok, but main thing is adequate drainage and mechanical cleansing, systemic antibiotics if necessary.  Topical ointment is probably of much lesser significance.  Ask your surgeon to be sure.

No: Bacitracin does not prevent or treat skin infections. It is useless. It is a common sensitizer, causing allergic reactions. Studies comparing it to vaseline or Aquaphor reveal that wounds heal better with vaseline. Same is true for Neosporin and triple antibiotic.

No: Bacitracin is only one ingredient in neosporin.  Neosporin is a topical antibiotic that contains neomycin, bacitracin, and polymyxin b.  As long as you are not allergic, you can use them interchangeably.

No: Backtracking is for gram positive bacteria and vaginitis is caused by other bacteria and yeast infection. You need a slide and culture done with an exam.

Unlikely to help: The most common cause of penis itching is a fungal infection which can be treated with topic antifungals such as clotrimazole.  Bacitracin kills bacteria so it's unlikely to help at all.   Of course, without a picture it's hard to tell what it is.

General rules: The medications in lotions or ointments that you apply to your skin are not absorbed into the blood to a level that would effect the breast milk. As long as you are not using it directly on the feeding surface this is fine.
