HFMD: This may be a viral infection called Hand Foot and Mouth disease. This disease lasts 7-10 days and is usually a mild infection in adults. There is no specific treatment. To relieve sore throat, gargle with warm salt water or suck on lozenges. Take Tylenol as needed.

It is possible to have an allergy to something that touches your foot but on the other hand it's also possible that you have a fungus or eczema problem which could be simply diagnosed & simply explained. I guess you get my drift: you need to dermatologist to figure out the problem by seeing it.
