Breast milk: is the ideal food for babies.  As such, most of it is absorbed in the GI tract, leaving little left over to form a solid stool.  Color is dependant on the type of food ingested, how fast it moves through the intestine and the overall functioning of the gallbladder.

Yes: Transient pale-colored  stooling  is  observed in healthy infants and children not too infrequently. Pale stool close to  chalk  in jaundiced infant or red stool with diarrhea or tarry stool needs medical attention.

However if the baby is behaving like she has abdominal pain or colic it is important to have her evaluated as soon as possible because of problems in the bowels may also show up like that. Pretty common: The yellowish color in stool is the breakdown product of the bile when it has not been in the gut long enough to go through a change to brown. It is normal as is the  loose consistency.Infants have flabby loose belly muscles &amp; often require their fussing/breathing muscles to push poop along.This all sounds normal.

Bile salts, normal: Consistency and frequency of the stools are much more important that color- stool coloring depends a lot on what you eat and how it reacts to the body&#x27;s own digestive juices and enzymes involved in absorbing the nutrients. Brown, yellow, and green are normal colors for stool, but tarry black, blood-tinged, or bright red blood colors are not normal and require a doctor&#x27;s visit and examination

Hard to says: A 4 months old stool can be green, yellow and seedy. Not too sure what the white stuff is unless seen in real life. I would suggest a visit with your doctor to confirm these findings. Provided the baby is just breast fed, and no other symptoms are present this can be followed up with your doctor at the next appointment.
