Get help: If you feel you are at risk to yourself and others with the bad thoughts, then go to a safe facility immediately for evaluation (hospital, mental facility intake, ed). If you are having chronic issues, then consult with your primary care doc. They may be able to start therapy or arrange for an earlier visit for psych, or refer you for more help from a facility.

Recommend going to er for evaluation & letting them know your symptoms & that u have appointment coming up with a psychiatrist, so they can help you until u get seen.

You could try mylicon (simethicone) gas drops to see if that helps. Another possibility is a food allergy (if you are breastfeeding, it could be certin foods such as milk protein, soy, shellfish, nuts, or eggs).

Ear plugs/phones: If s/he gets use to being strapped in for every short trip it should gradually get better.Fussing is the primary tool of infants, when they realize you don't change because of it they eventually opt for less. Discomfort/Fear: We all cry for similar reasons: fear, discomfort, and hunger. If you know your baby's tummy is full, the most common reasons are teeth or bad dreams (depending on their age). What can you do about bad dreams? Not much. But, teething can be helped with some Ibuprofen before bedtime. I also would check your baby's diaper, clothes, and bed to make sure that there is nothing causing them discomfort.
