No, but get help: A baby Aspirin is just low-dose aspirin, so probably can't hurt unless you're allergic or have a contra-indicated condition.

However, your anxiety and sadness may be a symptom of an anxiety or depressive disorder, or premenstrual dysphoric disorder -- it is very likely that a consultation with a psychiatrist and/or ob-gyn would be helpful.

Aspirin: Aspirin should not alter the menstrual cycle. Aspirin is sometimes used for certain fertility problems like antiphospholipid antibody syndrome but that should only be after proper testing and under your doctors guidance.

Doesn't seem right: Amlodipine lowers blood pressure. It shouldn't make it rise. Plenty of people take aspirin and amlodipine in combination.

my husband has pv that is controlled through phlebotomy &baby aspirin. his hgb was down to 11.3 and hct 38%. his dr put him on iron. after 1 mo. of iron his hgb is 14.6. doctor wants him to continue for 2 more months. won't this raise him too high?

: It often takes several months of iron supplementation to build the bodies iron reserves to an adequate level after anemia. The bodies own system of iron absorption begins to lessen when good stores are present. This treatment plan is standard of care and will not produce the "TOO HIGH" issue you propose.

my husband has essential thrombocythemia with calr mutation. his hematologist just changed his medication from hydroxurea to baby aspirin since december. his platelet count increased from 380 to 1118 within 6 months. would this be a safe treatment?

: I'd be concerned about undertreatment in view of that high platelet count. Perhaps the hematologist is concerned about long term hydroxyurea causing leukemia. Hydroxyurea plus low dose aspirin is the extent of my experience but there are other treatment options. A consultation at a university hospital department of hematology would be worthwhile.
