Allergic: Sounds like he may be allergic, probably to the clothes you are wearing or something in his bed like furry animal toys.

Hive: Hives are raised, red and itchy and can occur anywhere on the body including the face.  They improve with antihistamines such as claritin (loratadine).  An allergist is a specialist is finding the cause of such reactions.  In washington, consider nw allergy and asthma.

Allergies r/o COVID: COVID supposedly causes fever in the majority of patients but it has been said that some don't have a fever. You could visit your doctor or hospital to get tested. If you have seasonal allergies it could be that also.

Sinusitis: You may have a sinus infection, you need to see your doctor to treat it, if you have allergies they need to be controlled to stop these recurrent sinus infections. See an allergist and get tested and determine your triggers.

Likely contact: Localized skin issues are often due to things that contact that space.I suppose you are right handed &amp; touch that side of your face with contaminated fingers or you lay on that side to sleep.Unwashed fingers can carry a variety of plant/animal/dirt/chemical material to the site.You could also have a variant of a cold sore erupt as a similar event. An exam might help sort it out. It is not hormonal

Why r u waiting?: If she is swelling badly, she needs to be taken immediately to her physician or dentist to determine the cause. You are not qualified to determine if she has decay... It could be in an area you cannot see, and she may have an abscess. Very dangerous situation.

WHY??: Why has your very young infant consumed corn products already? I would be interested in how this diagnosis was reached. If it was just a blood test, but he has never actually eaten corn, then i would not put a lot of bricks in that basket. And yes, kids can outgrow grain allergies. If your child actually has allergies at that very young age, you need to work closely with an allergist!

NO Particular Part: Allergic rhinitis may often lead to a “sinus headache”. An allergic reaction leads to the release of histamine, which can also lead to the dilation of blood vessels in the brain, and therefore cause or worsen a migraine headache.  However, I am unaware if these allergy migraines are associated with any part of the head specifically.
