You can also take B12 liquid under the tongue (need to hold it there for 30 seconds) or take little pills that dissolve under the tongue.

Unclear info: Sharing needles is a know risk factor for HIV, if one of the users has HIV. If the nurse used a new needle for the injection, there is no risk.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

: Sublingual administration will not be anywhere near as effective as IM injection. If you have concerns about injection, a pill form of B12 is available for sublingual administration.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Neuropathy: We lose hair every day but balanced by the regrowth, when the balance goes off the hair fall becomes prominent, hypothyroid is not the only reason for the hair fall, make sure you eat healthy balanced diet.  Genetics, the water and stress plays some role also. Pins and needles are indicative of nerve irritation,  see a neurologist for further w/u

B12 related: b12 deficiency can cause peripheral neuropathy and common symptom of this is tingling or numbness especially in fingers and toes

Also b12 low can cause anemia which can cause fatigue or lightheaded

If b12 injections don't resolve symptoms other evaluation may be needed

Yes!: Way too much for additional benefits.  No need to inject.  Oral B12 at a dose of 2500 mcg (467x daily need) will override causes for non-absorption.

i made a bad mistake. i gave myself a vit b12 shot and didn't get all the med out the 1st time and reinserted the needle to get the rest.am i ok?

Not too bad: Single use needles are more a concern to spread disease between individuals, than anything else. So as long as the site was clean, and you didn't sully the tip between injections, you should be fine.
