For what condition?: Jamieson's b complex 100 mg is a timed-release product. B vitamins are also water-soluble, so that any excess your body does not need will be excreted.  Taking vitamin b6 (pyridoxine) at 1-6 grams (not milligrams as in this preparation) per day over many months can cause a sensory neuropathy.  For most people, the 50mg b complex would be enough -- if you have poor diet & stress, maybe need more.

In one clinical investigation, patients with hyperpigmentation applied a moisturizer containing five percent niacinamide. No: The american diet is already vitamin-rich, and there are essentially zero reported cases of vitamin-deficiency, amongst those not taking vitamins. Therefore, the supplemental vitamins we take are in excess of need, and your organs already have enough vitamin b (et al.). More should not change any functions.

Constipation is a local, bowel problem, most easily addressed with increased fiber intake.

No: Most people can get enough b vitamins from nutrition if they eat a healthy diet. Of course, if you're a type 2 diabetic, maybe that's partly because you're not eating healthy. B vitamins are water soluble so you'll need to take them daily. But compulsory? Not unless blood tests show low levels, in which case, yes. But otherwise, optional. Try eating healthy instead.

Yes: There are no known interactions between hydroxyzine and B vitamins so they should be safe to take together. Since about 40% of people have difficulty converting folic acid to the active form I advise a B complex that contains the active form, L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (L-5-MTHF) such as B Complex Plus from Pure Encapsulations.

Depends...: B complex vitamin is often taken to help with stress.  Magnesium, zinc, other trace minerals and phytonutrients are all also important to recover from stress.  I recommend a b complex with 5-mthf because if you have a mutation in the mthfr gene then you would need his form to bypass the mutation.  Most important though are lifestyle changes - restful sleep, exercise, diet and prayer/meditation.

Yes, no problem.: These two medications have no interactions, they can be taken together. However, avoid taking Synthroid (Levothyroxine) along with food or coffee since these inhibit the absorption of the medicament.
