wife bought me  b-100 with amino acid blend, i usely take 2 a day, but this one has iron in it 9mg for 1 pill, so 18mg for 2, should i take?

Might be too much. : It depends on what type of iron it is.  If it is elemental iron (pure form of iron), it is recommended that a male take 10mg daily and a female take 15 mg daily if over 18 years of age.  This is to prevent iron deficiency anemia.  I hope this helps.

we usually take a daily b-100 (along with a multivitamin) but all they had this time around was b-50.  so i though we would take two 50's is that on?

Sure, but why?: Why take a multivitamin, anyway?  Unless you are on a very restricted diet, or pregnant, or have a chronic disease, multivitamins are safe but usually not effective.  Take any vitamin you have a lab proven deficiency. Otherwise, save  your money and buy a gym membership.  Exercise has a proven health benefit. Multivitamins, not so much.

Maybe: You are ingesting a vitamin supplement and it's in excess of your normal intake. It could be causing the sore or ulcer so, try stopping the supplements for a few weeks to see if you improve.

Probably not: Most b-100's contain b3 in the form of niacineamide, which does not lower cholesterol, not niacin. The doses of Niacin shown to lower cholesterol are at least 500 mg/day. But while Niacin lowers LDL & raises hdl, it's not clear if this lowers risk of heart disease, in part because cholesterol is not the main cause of heart disease. Overdone: If you want to waste your money , go ahead. The end result is, youre going to pee it out without any benefit gained from the extra vitamin.

15 days my life is been hell. afraid if i have std or hiv. got tested a week after was negative. but how can i b 100% sure i don't have it? feelin sad

Fear: If your tests were negative you should not have a problem, if you still worry contact your doctor and ask for a few minutes to discuss the results again. Perhaps its hard for you believe your took a risk and escaped the possible consequences. My best.

Probably not: Get 2 nd opinion from different surgeon. You son had injury plus two surgeries, recovery with time, but unlikely to the full potential.

A little: Niacin may increase hdl--the good cholesterol doubt if any of the meds will be of much help for depression.
