Ureaplasma: 1 gm azithromycin is generally quite effective. Have you considered possibility of re-infection? You could discuss use of different antibiotic with your physician.

7-10 days: Azithromycin is very long acting. It will take 7-10 days to be entirely gone. But it's difficult to imagine what infection you were treating with this dose. Chlamydia is the only condition normally treated with single dose azithromycin, but the dose is 1 gram, twice what you took. If you are being treated for chlamydia, more treatment is needed.

DO NOT: Who advised you to do that.  for a chlamydial infection you need 1gram once.. That's it.  Remember that by taking antibiotics unnecessarily you increase its resistance to other diseases hence treatment of other disease could become difficult.  If you are taking a Zpak then please take it for the 5 days.  Only what your doctor prescribes.

Azithromycin+Alcohol: There are no known interactions between azithromycin and alcohol so unless you are on other medications that interact with alcohol, it should be fine for you to have a drink tonight.  However, always drink responsibly.

No!: First, Azithromycin (zithromax) is not mean to be mixed with anything except the liquid provided by the pharmacy (when it comes to you as a suspension).  Mixing it with any other liquids than water could inactivate the drug, and then you're not getting the antibiotic effect you just pain a bunch of money for!  and you won't get better!
secondly, Azithromycin is not heat stable above 86 degrees.

Not indicated: Azithromycin is not a good choice to treat cellulitis un less you have a penicillin allergy. Augmentin, dicloxacillin and cefalexin are superior. Clindomycin is more effective as well especially if you had a recurrence after first course of azithromycin.
