No!: First, Azithromycin (zithromax) is not mean to be mixed with anything except the liquid provided by the pharmacy (when it comes to you as a suspension). Mixing it with any other liquids than water could inactivate the drug, and then you're not getting the antibiotic effect you just pain a bunch of money for! and you won't get better! secondly, Azithromycin is not heat stable above 86 degrees.
