Check up time: The crowded eruption of incisors is a very common occurrence. Sometimes the lower adult teeth come in front of- or behind- the baby teeth.  Ideally, you should encourage your daughter to try to 'work' the baby teeth out on her own.  If that cannot be accomplished,  then the dentist can certainly help remove the teeth.  And usually that should be done in coordination with a trip to the orthodontist.

Sleep cycle reversed: try to keep your child's daytime naps to a minimal. Keep her night time routine stable and consistent. Babies at that age wake up 2-3 times a night but usually go back to sleep on their own. Put your child to bed around 9 or 10 every night. Give her a good meal before bedtime. Don't pick her up/feed her/ bring her to your bed when she wakes up at night. Consistency is the key.

Hand hygiene.: Most Ear infections occur secondary to upper respiratory infections.though it is hard to completely prevent ear infections but some things can be tried.Hand hygiene.Wash hands frequently to avoid Germs.Do not  let infants or toddlers put unclean things in mouth.Avoid smoky environments as ear infections are common in children who are around cigarette smoke.

No need to return: The concentration found in childrens Acetaminophen can most certainly be used in infants.  The infants concentration is actually currently being phased off of the market.  The amount to be given is weight dependent.  Acetaminophen is dosed at 15mg/kg/ dose.  So, i would need to know childs weight.  A 20 lb baby would get 4 ml every 4- 6 hours.

Might ?: TB is a nasty but hard to pass germ that would be most worrisome in people with night sweats &amp; cough,weight loss or other signs of active disease. Those with latent or inactive disease are not as contagious.  Why is she being tested ? Skin test or blood test (IGRA) ? If she is sickly I would not want her around,if she appears well there is still some risk until you have clarification from her doc

Real foods: Some babies at this age are just not interested in purees; try very small pieces of soft, whole foods (banana, avocado, other fruits and veggies) to see if she's more interested in those.  There's no quantity "required" at all - if the issue continues, consider having her checked for oral texture defensiveness by a speech/feeding specialist.

Nasal saline: Nasal saline is to me the best single agent if the rx of a stuffy nose. Using liberal amounts you can accomplish 2 goals. Thinning the thickened secretions  & washing irritants like dust, smoke particles & pollen away. It also helps to evaluate babies exposures & avoid irritants.Perfumes, dust, cooking & cleaning fumes, scented laundry soaps etc all can prolong a babies stuffiness.
