Yes: Excessive drinking can be associated with a variety of health problems. The current recommendation is not to exceed one alcoholic drink a day. This will prevent gaining weight (from 'empty' calories), pancreatic and liver problem (such as pancreatitis and cirrhosis), high triglycerides, etc.

Insulin doesn't: Normally cause water weight gain or cough. Talk with your physician.

: You need to reduce your food intake to no more than 1200 calories. This will have to be a long term change otherwise you will lose weight and gain it back up as soon as you slacken on your food intake.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

i discontinued zyprexa after ten days three years ago. i am eighty pounds overweight, mostly from abilify. i have read some people stop these meds and go five, ten years or longer with no change in weight, even though they eat healthy. why is this?

: As mentioned in another question, Zyprexa taken three years ago does not have anything to do with your current weight. It does not prevent weight loss. It is just not easy to lose weight. See the other question for advice. Good luck.

May take longer: Obviously you sustained a severe injury to 
your ankle.
Once the doctor confirms that the fracture
is healed sufficiently you will be allowed and
be able to weighbear on the ankle. 
Hopefully you are not getting a delayed or
nonunion in the area.

Misunderstanding?: Ovulation is a one time event. It is the release of a readied egg from your ovary.  Sperm left in the vagina during the five days prior to ovulation are the sperm most likely to cause pregnancy.
