Bowel Movements: Generally speaking, as long as your baby is reasonably comfortable while having a bowel movement, we don't have to worry to much about the form.

He may be : Going through a growth spurt.  According to kellymom.Com "common times for growth spurts are during the first few days at home and around 7-10 days, 2-3 weeks, 4-6 weeks, 3 months, 4 months, 6 months and 9 months (more or less). " I am an oncologist, but have a 6 week old too :). Keep it up!

Hard to say: The description is rather vague. The possibilities range from infections/diaper rash due to yeast, others. These often require direct observation to sort our. Treatment if required would depend on the cause. I would keep the area clean &amp; visit his doc for a diagnosis.

Normal poops: Baby BM's can be yellow, green or brown. Where breastmilk feeding babies have liquidy, seedy poops, formula fed babies may have more pasty or thicker poops. Sounds like your baby has normal poops.

Either: Water is a healthy part of any diet. Formula or breast milk is actually balanced to provide the proper amount of water equivalent, to the baby making extra water unnecessary in most cases. It is a reasonable supplement  to breast fed kids when relatives want to share the joy of a nurturing moment, & extra water for a kid with hard stools is often helpful.

I : I am so sorry for your tragic loss.  Are you sure that the doctors didn't mean that he had a murmur in the past and that he was in asystole when the you found him?  If this is important for you to know, i'd hope your son's pediatrician would be able to clarify the situation for you.

: It is more important to know why you are using the Tylenol. At that age you do not want to give Tylenol for fever without finding the cause of the fever. The Tylenol bottle has instructions based on age and weight the number of drops you could use, but you should have your baby evaluated by a medical professional is more important at that age because 'a stitch in time' is essential in infants.

: I am reluctant to use it at that age without first checking for fever. If over 100.4 F (38C) I would consult the kids doc. If no fever the dose is ~10 mg/2.2 lb or for this kid 60mg.

Little risk. : Unless he has a urinary tract infection, urine is sterile and essentially poses little risk. I’d gently irrigate his eyes with an artificial tear or eye wash. Generally, don’t worry.
