: Marginal placenta previas often resolve and in the meantime are not an immediate problem unless you start bleeding. However you are significantly anemic and need to aggressively take iron supplements, especially in case bleeding does occur.

Sleep cycles vary from semi-aleart to very deep.Kids aleart in the night for many reasons.Mostly stress, habit or need for reassurance.A sleep routein that settles the child & teaches them to drift off alone enables them to go back to sleep later too. Address any stress 1st but return kid  to their bedroom every time.

Not uncommon: At this age, children are changing from milk to foods as their main source of nutrition. In that process, they may not eat as many calories as they were for a while. Just keep offering healthy meals and snacks (if needed). Recheck her weight and height at the 12 month well check, and see if she is catching back up again. If not, discuss with her doctor.

Can retest next week: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.
