Impetigo : A skin infection called impetigo may be the cause. Photos may be uploaded to HT virtual inbox consults or shared with your pediatrician. Keep the skin clean, avoid skin irritation and please follow up.

It varies: Autism is an incredibly complex problem that manifests itself in many ways.  If you are looking for a simple answer like you would get for a simpler disease (eg: chicken pox causes fever and rash), then you will be frustrated.   There are books on this subject....Big ones.   If you are concerned that your child is autistic, you need to see your pediatrician or a  pediatric neurologist.

UTI : UTI could present with fever, abnormally smelly urine, irritability and vomiting. So, it could be non specific. But also you could see blood in the urine and he cried when he voids in his diaper.

Too early?: Parents are highly motivated to toilet train their children ( less mess, less expense). Unfortunately, toddlers frequently are not ready as soon as the parents would like. Boys in particular are later to be ready for this training. I do not think that your son is ready for toilet training developmentally, and would recommend waiting until he is older.

my two year old boy is only 31 inches. hardly eats anything solid., only has 24oz of milk per day. should i be worried about his diet and height?

Review his diet...: Review his diet with his pediatrician.  A 2 year old should have a regular diet, with similar solid foods as a 3 year old.  A diet of mainly milk usually is not healthy enough.  If it is the texture he doesn't like, the solid foods can be mashed up and/or made into porridge type soups.

my cousin's two year old boy fell over the back of the loveseat this morning. he went crashing face first to the floor.he bled on/off all day. how do we get to know if he has a broken nose?

You don't: Most 2 year olds are very flexible and a broken nose is unlikely but only an xray would tell for sure.  A doctor may get an idea from the exam and amount of tenderness on palpation and movement.  Make sure he can breath through his nose and there is not undue swelling and look for any devaition.

Needs exam: This could be many things. Some illnesses produce a rash on feet, hands or around mouth &amp; bottom. Some kids walk on stuff their skin reacts to. Bug bites can trigger spots. It will need to be evaluated by direct exam to sort it out.

Yes: Unfortunately possible. Without a biopsy hard to tell otherwise. There are specific tests that I am sure will be considered prior to treatment in order to better understand the nature of this lesion.
