Healthy living: Healthy living causes low blood pressure.  Your average of 112/63 is perfectly fine.  I myself thankfully sometimes run around 99/70. Dangerous low blood pressure is below 75/50.  Usually what causes this low blood pressure is a bacterial infection in the blood.

Review his diet...: Review his diet with his pediatrician.  A 2 year old should have a regular diet, with similar solid foods as a 3 year old.  A diet of mainly milk usually is not healthy enough.  If it is the texture he doesn't like, the solid foods can be mashed up and/or made into porridge type soups.

: STDs are called that for a reason. Sexual activity creates the environment where infectious fluids are exchanged &amp; the germs pass in them. Most (like HIV) die when exposed to the outside world and these don't pass like you would see strep or staph transfer. Risk from a cup as described is negligible. I wouldn't spend ANY more time worrying about it.
