i am a 20 year old male the size of my bicep is 11 inches even after doing working out for 3 months.do i have any disease as this is even less then the average size of biceps for men?

: At 20, your body is not quite finished maturing. There is still about 3-5 years of growth for your body to complete which focuses on muscles, body hair and voice deepening. These continue to about 25yrs old. Continue working out and you will see muscle growth over the next 5 years. Do not use Steroids, as these can have long term negative effects on your heart.

Whoa: This may be an infected hair follicle, an epidermoid inclusion cyst that you ruptured while messing with it, a ganglion cyst or any of several other entities. Stop looking at internet pictures of hidradenitis suppurativa and get with a competent physician.

Healthy Masturbation: No.  I do not see any medical or scientific reason for the trainer's recommendation.

Masturbation is a normal human experience.


Plain and simple frequent and regular masturbation is not only normal it can be a sign of good physical and mental health.

We do know that those gentlemen who ejaculate on a frequent basis have less prostate cancer.

One is never too old to have a healthy sexuality.

Proper measurement: First check cuff size: a cuff bladder should encircle 80% of the arm. If it is too large/small, readings are inaccurate. Also: be seated in a chair with good back support. The arm should be bare and supported at the heart level. Rest 5 minutes before measuring. Caffeine/stimulants/tobacco should be avoided 30 minutes before measurement. Consider seeing a physician for consistent arm differences.

Irrelavent.: You should be able to curl 1q/2 your body weight and  do at least 10 chins (palms facing face).

my husband has a very large knot on his left bicep in the back, the size of a grapefruit and has no pain, what is this ? he has no problem moving it and has no knot anywhere else on his body.

Is : Is the "knot" hard, or more soft?  Can you move it around or does it stay put?  Is it warm?  Was there trauma?  I am concerned about the size being that of a grapefruit.  With that said, this should be seen by a physician well versed in musculoskeletal problems.  This could be a hematoma, lipoma or a ruptured muscle.  Good luck.

i just popped a cyst about a quarter the size of my pinky fingernail. it was located on the edge of my right bicep. what do i do?

Keep it clean: Keep it clean. Apply some antiseptic cream and cover with Bandaid.
