Not a problem: Soft contact lenses are quite a bit larger than even large pupils.  Rigid lenses can be smaller than the pupil but it should not cause any problems.

Complex: Clearly ozordex is recommended for a very complex case.  The details are essential and best explored with your ophthalmology team.  The retinal doc will do the implant, but your regular ophthalmologist or glaucoma specialist need to keep a close eye on your eye pressure!

Yes & no - see below: Pupil constriction and dilation in response to different levels of lightis unaffected by contact lenses. However, if pupils being pharmacologically altered for eye exam or prior to eye surgery, then conact lenses should always be removed prior to instillation of of eye medications.

Arcus : This is a white ring around the periphery of the cornea and is relate to a type of cholesterol elevation. In the pupil is a concern. Could be swelling from contact lens over use , a scar from previous injury or blood vessels growing  into the eye( this  is serious) get your eyes examined.

UV : Uv light may cause damage to sensitive tissues in the eye and increase the progression of cataracts. In addition to dr. Caster's recommendations and comments, i also recommend sunglasses with high uv rating to protect your eyes from harmful uv rays.

i am having small pupil after catract surgery and doctor has not implanted lens in that so is it normal?

Inflammationis: After cataract surgery, the pupil may be larger than average size, smaller than average size, or not changed in size.  There are a lot of factors that affect post-operative pupil size.  Inflammation in the eye usually causes the pupil to be smaller.  All of the above is not worrisome as long as your doctor is reassuring you that your eye is recovering from the cataract extraction  acceptably.

the pupil of the right eye of my girlfriend (18, contact lenses)is bigger than her left one.can pupil sizes be different normally or is it a pathology?

Yes, & maybe: Some people are born with different sized pupils & it doesn't mean anything. If she's only recently developed them, it could be a sign of neurological problems, though. I recommend looking at old pictures- if they were different when she was little, like they are now, there's nothing to worry about.

You : You must be seen by an eye care professional.  A dilated pupil in one eye could range from benign conditions to life-threatening.  You must see an ophthalmologist, preferably a neuro-ophthalmologist for proper diagnosis.

hurt lens in eye taking out contacts. optometrist says it's like paper cut in middle of pupil. got drops, not so sore today. do i need opthamologist?

Needs more info: If the optometrist has done an examination with fluorescein and your vision is fine and they have given you antibiotic eye drops then likely on the right treatment but will need review.  However if there's any doubt about this/what's been done - as you say needs an urgent doctor assessment -either GP, emergency doctor or ophthalmologist so safer to get checked or contact optometrist again.
