Self fat good choice: Lip augmentation with one's own fat is actually not a bad option at all compared to fillers...no chance really of immune reactions to foreign material, you're probably replacing what your lips have lost over time anyway. If stem cells can be used, so much the better as this will also stir up a good circulatory supply needed for the fat to survive and the process could be permanent.

It is unlikely at : your age you need fat transfer, but yes it is a safe procedure as long as you have enough fat to harvest by liposuction techniques. But it tends to be costly

Carbs?: If you want to lose weight you want to avoid carbs. Carbs are commonly;  breads, potatoes, rice, pasta. If you want to loose weight stay away from those and eat fresh vegtables and salads.

Can't say: The ability to grow taller depends on open growth plates. An x-ray of your wrist/hand would show whether yours are open or not. If closed you are done. Superficial features like hair growth may or may not correlate with growth stage. If you have grown less than an inch in the past 12 mo you are almost done. No growth in a year &amp; you are done.

When they go bad: There is no specific time to replace them.  On average they last about 10-15 years, but depending on your diet and oral hygiene, they could last only 5 years or over 20.  Of course other factors are involved, including the size of the filling and the expertise of the doc, but diet usually is the main culprit.

Fillings: First time or redone ones can be somewhat sensitive in the beginning. The bigger the filling and the deeper the filling, along with a low pain threshold tend to cause the most post-op discomfort. Your own dentist is the best one to ask as to what to expect and for how long.
