extreme itching for 5 years i need to know what this means obviously autoimmune but whats the test mean??

Maybe, maybe not: Cytoplasmic titer 1:80 is relatively low and may indicate nothing at all or may indicate underlying autoimmune disease. Very much depends on symptoms, physical findings and associated labs

Anal Itching?: I am assuming your anus itches.  Several causes.  Partial rectal prolapse can cause this.  Mucous glands on the outside and wet and not meant to be there.  Causes poor hygiene.  Pin worms can cause this.  Hemorrhoids can cause this.  Yeast and other fungan and bacterial infecitons can cause this.  Use baby wipes, balneol or other rectal cleanser.  Check for pin worms.  Get anoscopic exam by md.

Various causes: Hemorrhoids, pinworm, anal fissure, anal/rectal cancer, certain foods/drinks (eg with caffeine), psoriasis, stds, localized allergic reaction, others, can cause anal pruritus (itching).  Symptoms that persist beyond a few days would benefit from evaluation.

Itches: Not usually. Using pain medications for an itch may blunt the itch feeling but you will still itch. You have to find out why you have the itch. Topical creams may help.

Dry itchy skin: A dermatologist is the best type of doc to see for this.  Having made that recommendation you can also avoid any topicals that contain alcohol because it is drying to the skin.  If doc is ok w/this and you are not on blood thinners you can add good fats to your diet, e.g., good quality marine fish oil, olive oil, coconut oil.  Peace and good health.
